How the tribute site handles analytics and messages.
Privacy & Contact
This independent remembrance archive is intended to preserve the history of a play-by-email game and to help former participants contact one another voluntarily.
Analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-02CV231VMJ) to understand aggregate visits and navigation. GA4 does not display visitors’ IP addresses to the site operator. Browsers or extensions can block analytics. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before analytics runs; anyone can allow or decline it here: Cookie choices. Your answer is kept in your own browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
Contact form
When you choose to send a message, the form collects only the name, email, character (if provided), connection to the game, and message you type. We use these details only to read and respond to your request. Forms are processed by Netlify when the site is hosted there; notifications must be configured by the owner.
Other records
The site portrays historic fictional characters and honors the storytellers. It is not a directory of private personal contact information. If you wish to request correction of an item that concerns you, please use the contact form.
